Julia Richter, Flute Julia Richter is as an active freelance musician in the Milwaukee and Chicago area regularly performing with many orchestras including the Milwaukee Symphony, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Chicago Opera Theatre, Chicago Philharmonic, and Grant Park Festival Orchestra. Ms. Richter is a member of the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra and Elgin Symphony Orchestra, and has previously held 1 year positions of 3rd Flute/Piccolo with the Milwaukee Symphony, Honolulu Symphony, and the (renamed) Hawaii Symphony.
